This delightful penthouse apartment is conveniently located both for accessing the ski area and the village centre. You can ski to within a short stroll of the property down the Le Rouge piste where you can enjoy the après ski at the Le Rouge bar and restaurant.

Nine guests are accommodated in the four comfortable en-suite bedrooms.

A bright and comfortable property, Daray has beamed ceilings throughout. A charming and spacious open plan living and dining room is the centre of this property. Its elevated position affords it uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.

You enter the property into a large hallway off of which is located a guest W.C. The hallway opens into the open-plan living and dining area with stone fire place and access to the large balcony. The dining table comfortably sits 10. A modern well equipped kitchen also opens from this area.

A corridor leads from the hallway where the 4 bedrooms are located at the back of the property with views to the South and East. Three of the bedrooms have access to the rear or side balconies. All the rooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.

The bedrooms comprise a twin with en-suite bathroom, a large master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bunk room with queen sized bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an additional mezzanine floor which accommodates a 3rd bed.

The apartment is accessed either by the elevator or the stairs. There is a shared ski locker and the property has private laundry facilities.

The property has 2 internal parking spaces in the underground garage.
No driver service is provided at the property.

The chalet is sold on either a catered or self-catered basis.
