Since the turn of the year, there have been some compelling events held here in Verbier but the month ahead promises even more again! January saw events such as Verbier Freeride Week, Audio Quattro Ski Cup and FIS World Ski Day, but now we look ahead to what Verbier has in store for us in the coming month. As ever, if you plan on joining us in Verbier over the next month or so, we have a catalogue of Verbier luxury chalets to choose from.

Yes, there are lots of activities and events coming up in Verbier to get excited about and we like to think that our Verbier luxury chalets come close to being the main event. This fete, in the Bruson ski area of Verbier, provides attendees with some fabulous free offers, live music, as well as great local food and drink. All you have to do is purchase your ski pass and take to the slopes in the Bruson ski area! Lunch is included for the price of your one-day ski pass, which costs just €49. The Bruson Ski en Fete takes place on the 25th and 26th of February.

Don’t miss your chance to visit Verbier’s only microbrewery. Learn how V-Bier beers are made and sample five local beers on the brewery tour at Vie Montagne. Just to whet your appetite and provide you with some pre-info before the tour – all of the beers are made using fresh mountain water. Here are the key bits of information in relation to the V-Bier Brewery Tours:
Price – CHF 30 or CHF 15 for VIP pass holders.
This event is free for children under 15.
The brewery tour takes place every Tuesday and every Thursday of February, March and April 2020.

On designated nights throughout the ski season, you can experience a spot of night skiing in Verbier. Enjoy floodlight skiing at Les Moulins on the following dates:
Every Friday in February.
Every Friday during March.
At this event, there will be food and drink available and music on the slope. Tickets are just CHF 15 for adults and CHF 12 for kids – this price includes a hot drink.
Catch any of the Six Nations Rugby matches at the stunning location of Pub Mont Fort. The competition draws to a close on the 14th of March, with some key clashes to come between now and then. You can see any of the following matches at Pub Mont Fort:
Italy vs Scotland and Wales vs France – 22nd of February
England vs Ireland – 23rd of February
Ireland vs Italy and England vs Wales – 7th of March
Scotland vs France – 8th of March
Wales vs Scotland, Italy vs England and France vs Ireland – 14th of March
Take on the world famous giant slalom, also known as the Philippe Roux Challenge, on the Savoleyres slalom course. The agenda of the event looks like this:
11:30 – 12:30 – The collection of race bibs at the top of Savoleyres
13:15 – Races get underway
17:00 – The results are revealed and some mulled wine is enjoyed in Place Centrale
Additional information:
Entry to the race costs CHF 15 for children and CHF 25 for adults if you enter in advance. It will cost you CHF 30 to enter on the day.
The giant slalom is held each Saturday through both February and March.
To enter the giant slalom, simply sign up at the Ecole Suisse de Ski up until 5.30pm on Friday evening.
The L’Infernale Ski Race is Verbier’s answer to the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. An obstacle ski race that tests your grit, determination and above all stamina, this event can be taken on individually or in teams of three. The race spans four disciplines:
Running – begin with a 30-second uphill run while carrying your skis.
Super G – start the downhill race while displaying your skills in each discipline
Giant slalom
Special slalom
